Hi, my name is Jon! I didn’t always look like this. In fact, I’ve been as heavy as 220 lbs (I’m only 5’5)! I’ve made every mistake in the book that you can think of, however. Losing weight, gaining it back, crash dieting and binge eating, the list goes on. Well needless to say I’ve learned a lot. In fact, I promise you that I can get you to a respectable physique in a fraction of the time it took me to get there!
But I haven’t just learned from experience, though! I actually have some formal education that ensures you that I know what the heck I’m talking about. To add to this, I’ve had real in-the-trenches experience training clients as well as clinical experience treating patients who are a part of the fitness population. I’ve coached a wide variety of people: from national-level bodybuilding champions to the elderly.
But enough about me, I want to hear about you. Maybe you’re just a regular guy (or gal) who has a life but wants to get in shape. Maybe you’re pretty busy and need some direction about what you could accomplish with a very limited amount of time? Maybe you’ve had some injuries in the past or are worried about injuring yourself if you push the envelope too much? Maybe you’re tight on cash and can only invest so much and you’re afraid that you won’t get results without spending hundreds per month on supplements?
What you need is a system, what you need is accountability, what you need is someone (anyone) cheering you on to the finish line that is your fitness goals! I’d love to make all that sound easy. Here’s the thing, it’s SIMPLE, but IT’S NEVER EASY! If all I had to do was peddle an “easy” approach to workouts and nutrition then I could probably make a ton of money, but I won’t do that because I know better. I know you know better! I make my clients work HARD! But that’s why they get results!
